Thanksgiving is in our hearts.

For the month of November we are going to look at 4 scriptures about Thanksgiving! The first one is about being thankful for Jesus! I encourage you to memorize each of the verses if you have not already done so. When I am wanting to memorize a verse I look up the meaning of the major words in the verse and write them out like I have done below. Then I look up the meaning of the words that go with the word I am looking up. See my illustration below. By the time you have done all that, you know what you are wanting to memorize. Try it you will like it! Here is our first verse!

O, Magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.

Psalm 34:3

O, Magnify (extol, laud, hold in great esteem and respect, and then increase all that)

The Lord (Jesus, Messiah, Lord of Lord, King of Kings, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, there are many more names of Jesus)

With Me (that's us, all of us who call on that wonderful name – Jesus)

And let us (you get the idea, you and me)

Exalt His Name together (Lift or raise Jesus to the highest rank, power or character by our praise as we elevate and glorify Jesus!

O, Magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.

Psalm 34:3

Blessings to you and your family!
